  • CONTACT A PRODUCT ADVISOR who will answer any questions, share specific promotions, or provide you with a virtual presentation via an individually tailored video
  • TRADE-IN? Take advantage of our Trade-In Evaluator tool or contact a Product Advisor with all the details
  • VIP AT-HOME DEMONSTRATION DRIVE can be arranged with your Product Advisor with a drop-off at your home or workplace. We can even do an exchange for your potential trade-in at that time
  • VEHICLES ARE SANITIZED AND PROTECTED before and after test drives and appraisal (see Stay Safe below for more details)
  • CONTACT-LESS EXPERIENCE - other than the sanitary exchange of vehicles, all interaction with our team can be done via phone, text, email and video
  • CASH, LEASE & FINANCE options can be customized, just like your vehicle, according your specific wants and needs assessment
  • CREDIT APPLICATIONS can be completed via a private consultation call with one of our Financial Services Managers
  • PURCHASE & DELIVERY is easier than ever as we'll arrange to have the freshly detailed vehicle delivered to your home or office with a full tank of fuel!   • BE SAFE, BE PREPARED - safe and sanitary practices can be far easier to manage when we are both prepared. Proper scheduling and planning are paramount for everyone
  • CONTACT US PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, speak with a Product Advisor so we can have the vehicle that you are most interested in detailed, sanitized, protected, set aside and plated - we're ready for you
  • SOCIAL DISTANCING - we will keep a safe distance and have sanitizers and cleaners available for you
  • DEMO DRIVE will be done without the Product Advisor, so please let us know if there are any features/functions you’re not comfortable with prior to the drive
  • PAYMENT OPTIONS and APPLICATIONS can be customized to your needs while you’re here as we have a large private meeting area where we can keep a safe distance
  • DELIVERIES are simple as we cannot join you in your new car and extensively review all the features and functions. However, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable with the basic operations, and when this is all over, we welcome you back for an in-depth encore delivery. STAY SAFE

Our priorities and obligations are to the health and safety of our customers and staff. We are following the direction of public health officials and have taken the following initiatives:

  • Education and information regarding hand washing for our staff and customers
  • Hand sanitizers and cleaners are available for customers at entrances and waiting areas
  • Touch points in all Demo Vehicles and Appraised vehicles will be disinfected before and after each drive
  • Staff have steering wheel and seat covers to protect sanitized touch points
  • Staff and guests must maintain a 2 metre distance between them in our premises
  • We have set up additional seating areas to keep people from congregating in one area
  • We have eliminated our communal hot beverage station and reading material
  • We will not be accepting cash payments
