I had been searching for a 2023 Tacoma for months. I was checking with dealerships all over Nova Scotia. A 2023 Tacoma Trail Edition appeared on the Truro website and I asked my wife to contact the dealership about it. I really believed it would not be available. To our suprise it was! My wife placed a deposit on the unit and that was it. Matt was very easy to deal with. Our questions were responded to quickly and with detail. We arranged to pick the truck up on our way back through NS on our way home from a trip. The dealership was flexible on time/date for the pickup. When we arrived we were greeted by multiple members of the dealership….Matt, Helen, Rebecca, Tara. All were very helpful and we were on our way quickly. There was an issue with an accessory we purchased but Matt and Rebecca rectified that quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend Truro Toyota.
