For customers seeking an emotionally charged driving experience Corolla XRS features a new 2.4 Litre Engine equipped with VVT-i. Generating 158 Horsepower and 162 Pound-feet of Torque it turns the XRS into a true performance machine.

Transmission
The XRS is available with a choice of Transmissions: a Super Electronically Controlled 5-speed Automatic with Sequential Shift; or a 5-speed Manual with a gear ratio optimized for engine performance at all driving speeds.

Brake Assist
Corolla pulls out all the stops with standard ABS, Brake Assist and Electronic Brake Force Distribution.

Control Assist
For better grip and to handle slippery situations, Traction Control and Vehicle Stability Control are available on the XRS Model.

Electric Power Steering

Active Restraint Headrest
In the event of a rear end collision, driver and front passenger Headrests automatically move up and forward to help reduce whiplash potential.
